Johanna is a Registered Nurse, mother of three boys, and a passionate advocate for brain health and change. With professional experience spanning healthcare, business leadership, and government, she brings a unique perspective informed both by her career and her personal journey as a parent to a child with a rare genetic syndrome affecting brain development.
Johanna combines personal insight and professional expertise to promote wellbeing, drive meaningful change, and shift perspectives – impacting individuals, organisations, and communities from a personal level all the way to policy and legislation.
Johanna works across online and in-person settings, delivering workshops, conference presentations, and tailored retreats. Each engagement is designed around the specific audience, whether in health & wellbeing, workplace change, or disability & special needs.
Alongside her education work, she remains clinically connected through her co-owned consulting suites, supporting a range of medical, surgical, and allied health professionals.
